D/B/A has assisted 32 individuals with thier financial needs since the creation of the Financial Assistance program in 2006 giving out funds up to $20,000.00 

 D/B/A is currently under re structure and will not be awarding any grants for the year 2010

D/B/A is proud to have awarded funds to Camp Sunshine in MA for the 2010 summer camp organ donation program. 

 Grants will be awarded but not limited to the following area's of medical expenses not covered under insurance, dental expenses not covered under insurance, co-pay reimbursement, prescription cost reimbursement, follow up care not covered under insurance and travel related expenes.

Guidelines for applicants: All applicants must be a full time year round resident of the State of Massachusetts have recieved an organ/ bone marrow transplant. Financial Assistance application must be filled out completely and mailed to Dare to Be Alive Foundation 230 North Main Street, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, no e-mails or copies will be accepted.
